The Principal’s Note was founded by three visionary educators who share a passion for equipping school leaders to lead with purpose, excellence, and impact. Collectively, they bring more than 80 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and school leadership across diverse communities.
Hajj Womack
is an accomplished educator and leadership strategist whose career has focused on developing systems that strengthen school culture and improve student outcomes. He brings expertise in coaching leaders toward career advancement while aligning vision, strategy, and practice for long-term success.
Ruquanda De-Shay Epps-Primas, Ed.S
has over three decades of experience as an educator, coach, and program leader. She specializes in literacy development, instructional leadership, and social-emotional learning, with a deep commitment to mentoring new leaders and building equitable schools.
Dr. Wardell Hunter III
brings 24+ years of experience in metro-Atlanta schools. Dr. Hunter has served in numerous leadership roles. A certified Gallup and John Maxwell Coach, he is dedicated to preparing aspiring principals and leadership teams to drive sustainable school transformation.
